Time in lue

My company uses TIL instead of overtime it would be nice to have a feature that would take TIL out of the total worked so that more accurate monetary figures can be calculated for the week/fortnight. (eg. After 38hrs in a week the TIL gets added to)

Also having an adjustable bank of TIL that can be used to manually "top up" the week would be a handy feature.
