Wrong salary Estimate

It's showing I should earn over 1,000 after something occurred with the app. I should only have $751 and some cents as that's what it had just showed me this morning. This obviously isn't adding up

Total for the week incorrect

Its showing my over time now but my total for the week is wrong. For example if I worked 60 hours I would like it to show how much I made for the week including my overtime.

Time display and notifications

I have the time settings set on military hours but in the time sheet it is dispalyed as am/pm, please correct this thx While allowing notifications in the phonesettings, the app keeps showing that there is authorisation needed for app notifications. Pls fix thx

Start dates on exported time sheets not showing correctly

I exported my timesheet but it’s showing the wrong start dates, “February 40th” for example. Unless this is normal and I’m just missing something.

incorrect overview

The issue is on the overview page my current pay period monetary amount is different than my actual labor costs, and I cant see anything that is causing the discrepancy.

Excel export total earnings formula bug

If anything on the spreadsheet is changed at all, the earnings column changes and displays the wrong amount. This is because column N is only taking the corresponding row # of cell F and multiplying by the cell in column H For instance if F14 shows 9.5, H14 shows 21, I14 shows 60, then N14 should display 259.50. However if I delete column O, because I don't need column O's information for my employer, then N14 will incorrectly display 199.5 because I14 is not part of the formula underlying column N. This is occurring in all of column N, not just row 14 as in my example.By the sound of it, there is more than just column I that is not being included in the formatting underlying column N as other people have described a similar issue involving missing overtime from column N.

Weekly OT Not Working

It's not factoring in the time and a half for weekly overtime. My base rate is input as 22/hr, and weekly OT over 40hrs should be 33/hr (22×1.5). This breakdown for the pay period is calculating the total based off of 84hrs × 22/hr, not (80×22)+(4×33) as it should be. Totals are completely wrong.

Duplicate entries

I always have a duplicate day; like mon:6 am to 1pm (when I next open the app) then also mon 6am to quitting time. Hope that makes sense. Every day I have to delete the duplicate in order to calculate correct time and $$

Time worked

the time worked for the week doesn’t minus the break time The time for the day shows the break being deducted from time worked but the weekly time doesn’t

Round up to 15 min not working

When I set it to round up tracked time to the nearest 15 minutes and look back over my time sheets, it is still saying things like 2.04 hours, when it should say 2.25 hours. I have an Android, Samsung Galaxy S10 and got this app through Google Play.

Cannot edit hourly pay rate

Punch in/out doesn't save entries

I encountered this issue: When using the widget app to punch in, start/end break, and punching out, my time entry of that day doesn't get saved. It didn't save all of my entries from November 2023 - January 2024, and my manual saves... I'll have to double check ALL entries after this big update and see if all of it matches with my work records. I noticed it doesn't save if I have wifi or not, and also if my mobile data is on. I have to manually add in my time card. For me to do that I have to go on my work website, which takes forever to load, and it's too much of a hassle. I use this app to track my hours within a year for my license and this is not reliable.I was expecting: the app to work and save all my entries without the app taking forever to load and crashing.My device is: Samsung S21, English, Canada, 3.2.1041.

Records not showing

Hi, I clocked in regularly and I checked my time sheet today and a whole bunch of days where missing. I restarted the app several times, but the missing days still don't show my times! I don't have another record to back up my times, so this is a lot of money lost. I'm using an android phone, Poco X4 pro running android 13. I'm in the United States.

Start date
