Ability to assign Paid Time off

I would like to request a feature for the account admin to be able to “assign” everyone a value of days per year (x) of paid time off, as well as a toggle to determine if the days roll over vs. reset each year.

In the same vain, my employees should be able to submit for sick days or vacation days (and indicating if they want to use a paid day off from their allotment or not) which I can then approve, deny, or modify/add notes to.
