Adjust worktime and add hourbank

I work more or less from 7-15 but days before hollydays we only work half a day, would it be possible to get the ability to deside when “normal workhours” are, as a clock time and as a choice alongside “fixed hours” in the app?

The app only takes how many hours work is, not when.

Many also has a time/hourbank, meaning that some overtime is put in a “account” so when you need some hours off you clock out without loosing pay, only saved hours?
