At notes to past pay periods

So let's say that you're keeping track of your time cuz you get paid in cash and then you get your paycheck but it doesn't match the hours you put in so what I want to be able to do is say all right this week I got paid such and such amount I was supposed to be paid $435 but I only got $425 and just make a note of how much was paid versus the discrepancy of what the time came up to from your calculations so that you have a record that you wasn't being paid correctly and that we can submit photos of our time sheets that we use at work
