Thanks for reaching out. At the moment, we don’t offer a dedicated clock‑in station or kiosk mode that allows employees to log in and out from a shared device like a tablet. Each user currently needs to clock in and out from their own account, usually on their personal phone.
Some teams use a workaround where employees manually sign in and out on a shared device using their individual login details. However, this requires each person to log in and out separately, which can be a bit time‑consuming.
Another option is to keep a tablet accessible with a manager’s account logged in so employees can clock in and out from there. The downside is that this gives them access to all employee data within the app, so the device would need to be supervised at all times to prevent unauthorized access or changes.
If a kiosk-style setup is something you’d like to see in the future, feel free to submit it as a feature request — we’re always open to feedback that helps improve the app for different team setups.
