Changelog and Backups

Hi, I recently made an error in my timekeeping by adding days I didn't work and logging them by a project pay rate I no longer earn.

I wondered that a changelog would be great and a very practical addition to the app.

The ability to see what you added/what you changed over time and maybe even an undo/revert option!

Or maybe a backup/restore from backup option?

Also, a locked notification widget, or a home screen widget?
