Custom weekly tax estimate

Create a tax profile to calculate weekly tax withholding similar to how payroll software operates.

Estimate federal tax withholding. Either hard code state tax rate based on public information, or allow user to set their state tax rate. Allow user to input local tax rate and other miscellaneous taxes withheld.
