Different pay types

It would be awesome to have different pay types. For instance, at my company. We have over 40 equals OT

Sort coverage= +.15% per hour

Call out(after hours) 1.5xhour

Sunday 2xhourly

The pay tracking is never correct and I have to manually change the hourly rate to try to get it more inline to what my pay is per week.
