Add OT as compensatory time option.

Some companies offer OT as comp time. It would be fantastic to have a comp time option. It could be toggled on and off with the running tally of comp time being the same as any continuously gained OT. Along with that, it would be great to be able to input any comp time used that would deduct said time from the running total of OT.
