Fixed Work Hours & Overtime

"I’d like to suggest an update to how the 'Punch In' works. Currently, it feels like a running timer. It would be much better if, upon tapping 'Punch In,' the app automatically saved that specific timestamp as a fixed entry.

Additionally, can we have an option for Fixed Work Hours? For example, if my shift is 8 AM – 5 PM, any time worked past 5 PM should be automatic OT. Right now, if I arrive late at 8:20 AM, I have to work a full 8 hours before the app starts counting overtime, which doesn't match how my workplace actually pays me."
