Floating Hourly Rate on Time Card

I would like to see an option for the hourly rate to change based on a project fee divided by hours worked. It would be cool if that could be an option in the time card. So I could choose between Pay Period Earnings and Hourly Rate and post the choice in that upper right hand corner.
