Ideas to add, on the fence between 2 time clock apps but like this one better especially if it added these fetures

Currently I am debating which app I want to fully commit to for my company, Time Squared or Homebase. Personnly I am favoring Time Squared but Homebase has a build in callender to schedule shifts & for monitoring schedules along with a employee availability setting & time off requests to assist with scedualing. The schedule also offers the ability to track if an employee has; No show, Missing clock out time, unscheduled shift, missed breaks etc during there scheduled shifts and sends you a notification.

They also offer an in app messaging system to communicate with everyone by issueing announcements or private employeeto employee conversions

They also have a built in payroll system that runs off the timecards already in the app. I have a meeting monday to learn more about it but it looks like they have it so it also streamlines all hireing documents through it & manages the taxs aswell. They do charge $39.00 a month for payroll plus an extra $6.00 a month per employee paid through it

Both apps have set pay rates id like for it to be adjustable by employee but more so by project as I set up the projects as diffrent tasks which have diffrent pay rates. Currently I have employees all set at a pay of $0.00 & have to manually adjust every time punch to properly reflect pay.

Employee rolls would be helpful not just managers examples below that are generic for every company. Aside from generic in trying to make this as accessible to every type of company you could add the simplest way would be to impliment custom rolls / job titles that can be made & assigned

Im sure I will think of more things but if all this was added it would be amazing along with a way to track PTO and have it earned over worked time etc etc
