Deduct O/T Hours in Compensation for the times owed

The application is excellent, but it needs a function, I would like you to take it into account, It is to add hours in compensation, an example I owe 35 hours to the company are automatically deducted from overtime.

As well as adding days not work and adding them both manually and automatically to the hours in compensation.
