Keep the hours even if it a Flat fee job

Is it possible to have an option to have an employee who clocked in/out be paid via flat rate as well as maintain the hourly/location within the same entry? Example, crew clocks in at a job, assigns the job.. clocks out at said job, but because of how management has set the job, the job auto records wage as a flat rate but still keeps the hours/location of clocking info???
