Manager Roles/Hierarchy

Hello. As a construction company owner, I would like to be able to filter some of the roles and responsibilities of my managers in this app. While some managers should be able to create and manage projects, others may not need that capability. Some managers need to help track hours worked on a project, but they do not need to see how much the other employees in the company make. This has created a little bit of conflict in my company and I would prefer to be able to assign that ability to only one or two other people in the company.
