On the timecard screen, add weekly hours total for the punched in project

I work on multiple projects at once all with a different maximum weekly hourly billing. Right now to track this requires clicking through to multiple screens.

Ideally it would also be possible to configure this maximum per project and get a notification when it was hit.

Overall this is a great app, easy and intuitive to use.
