One more overtime option

California has a few overtime laws. One of which is a person must be give an unpaid break before 6 hours but after 5.5 hours or it’s overtime at time and a half (and a fine for the company). If a break IS taken, then overtime is as follows; It’s time and a half after 8 hours and double time for more than 12 hours.
