Overtime function with variable O/T rate

This app is almost perfect, it should need only a little improvement. If you can give us the possibility to use different hourly rate for the overtime payment it would be fantastic. I know my case could be rare, but it will be nice also if you can bypass the more than 1 rule, or at least, make it choosable.
