Round up to 15 min not working

When I set it to round up tracked time to the nearest 15 minutes and look back over my time sheets, it is still saying things like 2.04 hours, when it should say 2.25 hours.

I have an Android, Samsung Galaxy S10 and got this app through Google Play.
