Weekend OT Adjustments

I need the ability to turn off OT after 8 hrs and 40 hrs on Saturdays since I'm automatically being paid 1.5x my wages, but keep OT after 12 hrs. Also the ability to turn off OT after 8 hrs, 12 hrs and 40hrs on Sundays since I'm already making double time on Sundays. That or be able to make OT exceptions by project.
