Is there a possibility of adding a 40 hour guaranteed minimum rule to offset the shorted weekly hours?

If a person works 32 hours, a guaranteed 40 hour mininum should be highlighted on the excel sheet instead of manually adding it weekly.

    daily fixed hours minimum

Although I like the idea of tracking my total hours worked, I have an greement with my client that I work a minimum of 8 hours per day and this is all I invoice for, even if I work slightly longer. Similar to a previous query of ‘time in lieu’, or another where it will calculate the minimum ours worked accumulating over a pay cycle…. For example, say I am required to work a minimum of 8 hours per day (40 hours per 5 day week, but I do say 9 hours per day, it would advise that I have reached my minimum hours of 40 for that week, and calculate the total of the additional hours, in this case 5 hours of extra time, that I do not invoice for, but a great record as evidence of the additional hours put in if ever needed .

    Hour minimums

Many of my clients have established hour minimums. Usually either 8 hour or 10 hour minimums.

Is it possible to add a setting for hour minimums? For example, today I might work 7.5 actual hours but I will get paid for 10.

When I enter my accurate times the amount of pay reflected is not my actual count of pay.

    40 Hour Minimum Rule Feature

Is there any way possible to add a feature where you can implement a 40 hour rule as a guarantee if the worker does not complete the 40 hour work week? The 40 hour rule is calculated at the end as a filler for payroll purposes and identified as a 40 hour rule filler. Thank you.
