Holiday, weekend O/T rate
I work as a union laborer and it would be great if they changed the features to track overtime and such better. Anything over 8 hours in a day is 1.5X my usual rate but weekend work differs from my base rate. I want to be able to track when I work Saturdays that it’s at 1.5X my rate and Sundays is 2X my rate. Also on Saturdays anything over 8 hours becomes double time. It would be really helpful to be able to track that. Thanks! Great app for the most part otherwise. Really helpful!

Weekend/Holiday pay rate
It would be handy to have an option on the timecard to specify if a shift is at an alternate pay rate.

Apply O/T rate for holidays
Can you add a regular day off overtime? I have the option to work Saturday and Sunday at a higher rate of pay, but no way to put that in the app

Could you add a feature that would account for weekend overtime regardless of hours worked during the week? Also a call pay feature would be usefull.

Can you explain how call pay works in your company?
Do you just have a fixed pay for days that you are on call? Or is it based on the hours?
The better I understand how your pay is calculated the sooner we can add it into the app.

Call pay is an hourly rate you get paid while on call but not working. Working hours on call are overtime pay.

Vacation Pay
My union does an hourly rate for vacation pay, which also follows OT at 1.5 and 2x, would be cool if that could be added to the hourly

Holiday Premium Pay
If I work on a holiday, I get 1.5 times normal pay for all hours worked that day. I also get 8 hours of regular pay on top of that and I get that no matter if i am working on that day or not.
