Client information
How about some fields for client information?
Such as:
Name
Phone Number
Email Address
Physical Address
Etc
I used to use “Timesheet” and I would’ve continued with it, they don’t have it for IPhone.
So I ended up with this. Not thrilled, but it’ll work for now.

Adding clients and project cost
It would be awesome to have an option to add clients and projects under clients for better organization. It would also be nice to have the option to add a set price for a project vs adding hourly cost for a set price project.

1- You can define many projects under any one client anywhere through out the app.
The project name field is very flexible and searchable. So it’s easy to find projects related to one client or all clients with a certain project.
For example you may define “Client A - project 1”, “Client A - Project 2”, etc.
2- We actually have a feature that should help you out for defining a set price for a project;
In the Time Card or Time Sheets tabs, you can select ‘Add flat fee’ from the three dot menu on the top right of the screen.
This would allow you to add a lump sum payment. You can add in pay for a day or per installation/service/project type depending on how detailed you want to get.

Client database
It would be very helpful if more information could be added to each project to create a basic client database. Name, address, ability to attach a link to office 365 documents, pdf’s , photos etc. I'm a gardener and would like to have site layouts, photos, work specifications etc within each project. Many thanks
