Can we adjust overtime calculation for longer periods than a week for those on an averaging agreement? I get overtime for anything over 160 hours in a four week period.
My new job only allows us to get overtime if we go over a certain amount of hours in the calendar month. I can work 60 hours one week and 20 the next and get no overtime.
My overtime is calculated based on 90 days of accumulation. Kindly advise if there is any feature that shows the overtime worked in the last 90 days, please.
