Advance payment record

Hello, I'd like to be able to add any advances made to my staff. I'd also like to be able to identify whether it's cash or a bank transfer. Additionally, if this advance isn't deducted from their salary, I'd like the remaining balance to be reflected so I can see it, and so they can see it as well.
