Overtime For Time of Day
My company wants to do overtime but rather than using the past 8 hours or 40 hours we want to do past 4/5pm or on weekends.
Expense & Reimbursement as well as Project Options
I own a construction company and we started using this app and it works perfectly for our business. However there are a couple features that I think would make it even more efficient, and probably not for just me, but for other companies as well. Background: Most of the people that work for me are 1099 contractors, and we travel from state-to-state, and also one contractor may be at 5 different projects within a week and sometimes more than one project in the same day. Reimbursements: I reimburse the fuel that the contractors use going from their homebase to my project, so a reimbursement section would be useful for me for tax purposes since when I produce their 1099 at the end of the year all the reimbursements would not count in their 1099, so being able to keep their pay as actual labor income vs. their additional earning for the reimbursement separate I think would add more clarity when prepping for tax season. Expenses: Again, sometimes we get new contractors that are just getting into this trade and sometimes they don’t currently own the proper tools needed, so typically, we will give them basically an advance to buy the tools then I deduct it from their draw over a period of time, so having something to keep track of Expenses/Deductions in the payroll portion would help me tremendously. Project Options: Since we have multiple projects going on all the time I love that this program offers the option to add a project name to a time entry. One thing that would certainly help my company with this portion of the program is when running a payroll report by each individual project, It would be very helpful if instead of selecting the project and then the period to generate a report for, is if there was an option to first select the period and then it generate one spreadsheet with multiple tabs, just like the regular payroll report, but instead of by person, each tab represents a project.
improved vision of hours
Hello, as employees, my employees don't see the total number of hours worked on a project when there are several people involved. Is it possible to have a view of the total number of hours worked per project, whether you're a manager or an employee? thank you.
Ability to change column titles in the report
I think it would be useful to be able to rename columns, for example, projects. If that were renamed to something like Jobs, every person who worked on that job could have the time and cost linked to that job. It would be useful for the report to be based on jobs, which should then be made to summarize the list of jobs with who worked on that job and how much it cost the company. Can this be done? I`ve created something that works in Excel, but there is no app to record employee times while they’re working, so manual entry of all the data needs to be input into Excel directly, which isn’t ideal.
QR on truck or jobsite for certain employess
Would like to have the option for employees to scan the QR code

Advance payment record
Hello, I'd like to be able to add any advances made to my staff. I'd also like to be able to identify whether it's cash or a bank transfer. Additionally, if this advance isn't deducted from their salary, I'd like the remaining balance to be reflected so I can see it, and so they can see it as well.
Routing
I’ve been using this for my lawncare company and its perfect for us. I was wondering in future I would like to have a routing where I can plug in these addresses and it give us the most efficient travel to each location and we can add fuel cost into this etc
Automatic night hours / holiday hours
Is it possible to list night hours separately in the program? Our employees receive an extra 10 percent pay from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning. However, for this calculation, we need the total hours worked during the specified period. The same applies to public holidays and Sundays.
Name fields separated
I would be great to have separate name fields to enable sorting by last name or first name.
Client Folder - Projects
Is it possible in the app to track clients and projects separately? Example: So we do a lot of work for BOB (Client) we mow lawn, but then we also build a patio and retaining walls. I need to track the weekly mowing for the 6 weeks we do the other project and track that project as well. all the same client but different billing rates and different employees for the mowing and project. possible solution: Client Folder - Projects Also make it where we can assign employees to a project. And notify a manager for anyone (not assigned) that enters the project area for more then a set time (15mins but is adjustable) so we don’t miss anyone new or coming by to help finish up a job.
Job Billing
I see the option to put in an hourly rate for a project but I would really like the option to add a quoted price and Cost of goods. We quote all of our landscaping projects and this would allow for ease of job costing.
Geo Location Options
We are a Landscaping company and we drive by a lot of our properties during the week. So we are going to be constantly clocked in/out just by driving by. Could we get an option to turn off per person and/or put it on a schedule. Example: Our sales team can turn off a job for everyday, but the grounds crew would have it setup to track on “Tuesdays” either weekly or biweekly. A smaller bubble or exact outlines (See picture from City GIS Website) would also help as we have several properties that are next door to each other that we just have to turn off so we don’t over charge one client or the other.
