Automatic night hours / holiday hours

Is it possible to list night hours separately in the program? Our employees receive an extra 10 percent pay from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the next morning. However, for this calculation, we need the total hours worked during the specified period. The same applies to public holidays and Sundays.
