Time display and notifications
I have the time settings set on military hours but in the time sheet it is dispalyed as am/pm, please correct this thx While allowing notifications in the phonesettings, the app keeps showing that there is authorisation needed for app notifications. Pls fix thx
Punch in Location not accurately detected.
I encounter this problem with my employees. The app gives the wrong addresses I need to have the precise addresses displayed on the apps for the actual locations. Thanks
incorrect overview
The issue is on the overview page my current pay period monetary amount is different than my actual labor costs, and I cant see anything that is causing the discrepancy.
Punch in/out doesn't save entries
I encountered this issue: When using the widget app to punch in, start/end break, and punching out, my time entry of that day doesn't get saved. It didn't save all of my entries from November 2023 - January 2024, and my manual saves... I'll have to double check ALL entries after this big update and see if all of it matches with my work records. I noticed it doesn't save if I have wifi or not, and also if my mobile data is on. I have to manually add in my time card. For me to do that I have to go on my work website, which takes forever to load, and it's too much of a hassle. I use this app to track my hours within a year for my license and this is not reliable. I was expecting: the app to work and save all my entries without the app taking forever to load and crashing. My device is: Samsung S21, English, Canada, 3.2.1041.
Bugs in Overview & OT calculation
OT wrong. At the end of week in Overview of my week it shows the money OT quantity wrong. And also the round images that show the hour goals of the day and week arent accurate, they keep showing complete even tho I just clocked in
Is marking entries as paid still a premium feature?
I’ve been using this app for years now, and being able to use the feature to mark entries as paid has always been a subscription only thing. I just had my brother download the app, and now he can use that feature, with no subscription. I made sure he didn’t accidentally subscribe or do a free trial. and i deleted and reinstalled my app to see if it would let me use that feature, and it still did not. I’m thinking it’s a glitch?
Problems Opening the app
Encountered occassional issue when trying to open app, acts like it is going to open but never does. Only known solution is to turn off phone completely, not reboot, and will open again.
Time sheets From to Date not working
When I want to look at prior weeks, I can only click on the button one time. Im not able to look at multiple weeks, unless I close the app and restart.
No pictures attached in the excel sheet
I encountered this issue that no photos attached in the excel sheet exported in the PC it shouldve been theres the pcitures attached to the expences my phone is android samsung s 21 english language looking to add this feature if its not already there
MacOS Unable to enter notes
I am using my Mac and am trying to add notes but a multi-colored circle keeps spinning. I am unable to log notes.
Previous time logs are lost, if a new invitation is accepted.

The ability to create a drop-down menu for various job tasks that can be edited at any time and are not specifically tied to clocked hours, in case it need to be changed independently
Formatting suddenly out of whack
When I opened my app on 7.17.25 all the text was too large for my iPhone 14 screen, causing things like my monthly wage tally to split into two lines. Was there an update? How can I change this?
Widget not syncing with app properly
I encountered the issue recently, where when I go to stop time on the widget and then save it accordingly, the widget time doesn't actually stop. I am attaching a video showing that I am ending the time and then showing that the widget is still counting time. The only way for it to stop is if I hit the pause button. And then you will see at the bottom of the screen that it says to contact customer service.
Pay period custom...
How can I edit the pay periods custom each payroll? It only gives twice a month, bi weekly, etc. It isn't populating the data accurately based on my pay periods. Please advise. It is driving me nuts! Can't pay for an app that doesn't do what I need. 😔
App Slow response time
When I select the "projects" option, any selection I make takes 20-30 seconds to respond. I tried restarting my phone but that didn't help.
Week starting does not affect O/T
When you change the week starting day in options, it doesn't seem to change the week starting for overtime weekly

Hour circle meters are frozen… stay full all the time not accurate with the time and goal left in it…
