Expense & Reimbursement as well as Project Options

I own a construction company and we started using this app and it works perfectly for our business. However there are a couple features that I think would make it even more efficient, and probably not for just me, but for other companies as well.

Background: Most of the people that work for me are 1099 contractors, and we travel from state-to-state, and also one contractor may be at 5 different projects within a week and sometimes more than one project in the same day.

Reimbursements: I reimburse the fuel that the contractors use going from their homebase to my project, so a reimbursement section would be useful for me for tax purposes since when I produce their 1099 at the end of the year all the reimbursements would not count in their 1099, so being able to keep their pay as actual labor income vs. their additional earning for the reimbursement separate I think would add more clarity when prepping for tax season.

Expenses: Again, sometimes we get new contractors that are just getting into this trade and sometimes they don’t currently own the proper tools needed, so typically, we will give them basically an advance to buy the tools then I deduct it from their draw over a period of time, so having something to keep track of Expenses/Deductions in the payroll portion would help me tremendously.

Project Options: Since we have multiple projects going on all the time I love that this program offers the option to add a project name to a time entry. One thing that would certainly help my company with this portion of the program is when running a payroll report by each individual project, It would be very helpful if instead of selecting the project and then the period to generate a report for, is if there was an option to first select the period and then it generate one spreadsheet with multiple tabs, just like the regular payroll report, but instead of by person, each tab represents a project.
