Edit Employee Names

As a manager, I'd appreciate having the ability to edit or correct employee names. This feature would allow me to standardize timesheets, ensuring they're more professional and consistent. Currently, some employees enter names in lowercase or use informal names (e.g., "Tony" instead of "Anthony"). Additionally, having separate fields for first and last names would be beneficial, enabling alphabetical sorting when exporting data to Excel.
