Hide Employee Pay Rates from Manager Role

I would like to request a privacy setting or a permission toggle within the Manager role settings. I want to be able to delegate time card and time clock edits to my manager so I don't have to handle that task myself. However, for privacy and confidentiality reasons, I do not want my manager to see or know how much my employees make (their hourly pay rates).
