Time card suddenly on "break" status

I just noticed that some times, my time card suddenly was on break, when i don’t even click button on break, so the timing will be incorrect. E.g. it totalled up my break hours up to 1 hours, where i only had breaks only for 30mins max daily.

Can you check on this why suddenly it becomes like this?
