Widget not syncing with app properly

I encountered the issue recently, where when I go to stop time on the widget and then save it accordingly, the widget time doesn't actually stop. I am attaching a video showing that I am ending the time and then showing that the widget is still counting time. The only way for it to stop is if I hit the pause button. And then you will see at the bottom of the screen that it says to contact customer service.
